DUCK WHISTLE

 

Wind instrument to mimic the sounds of ducks, found in southern Brazil. Made of wood Lenga, its size is 10 cm long. Simple to play. 
In the area of southern Brazil can be found more than 120 variants of whistles wood of various types, sizes and shapes, some that mimic certain Whistling birds and reed internal mimic geese, ducks, etc. as this model.

This wind instrument it can be found in Brazil in the state of Parana, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul. To play, It should blow by the far the largest whistle, and at the other end, it becomes a box acoustic with both hands.  

 

 

Some murmur may be, as a direct Tuuuuuu, or Trrrrrrr .....,-Taka Taka Taka-etc. 
Another way to run it is aiming for the far smallest producing another variety sound very interesting. 
The  Duck whistle has a strap to hang the neck.
